compose sample in LoginFragment.kt

This PR brings compose and molecule into kaiken advanced sample. For now it is still a work in progress. Please check out LoginFragment which no has 0 dependencies on xml.

Things to notice

• Presenter is injectable
• compose view is pure and takes in models
• presenter is uses MutableState and emits that back to the UI
• Kaiken has default subcomponent scopes now (Skeleton, App, User, Screen) See LoginActivity and LoginRouter as entry point

I think this solves many issues I have personally had in android development. Would appreciate thoughts

Merging as is, ComposeBindings will need to be its own module, I will copy pasta into our code base as I try to integrate into hellosign. Once the shape makes sense I'll pull the file into its own kaiken module and add tests
