Confusing name. #5

The Lepton is a thermal imaging camera module released in 2014.

Having a image compression algorithm that has the same name as a (relatively) well established camera sensor module is rather confusing, and I confess I spent the first paragraph of the press release confused as to why dropbox cared about compressing thermal images.

It'd probably be wise to name the project something that doesn't already have decent mind-share in the imaging field. The first commit in this repo was 9-10 months after the Lepton was released.

It's a fair point... until today we hadn't heard of the sensor module-- One item is hardware this is software-- However, changing the name now would also be confusing. Maybe we can make a lepton compression module for the sensor :-) That will be sure to confuse everyone!
