Add scheduled canary build. #110

This feels like a necessary thing to have, especially in light of the GNOME 43 upgrade.

This needs to be in .github/workflows/ right?

Oh wtf? I used the "add action" button and edited it on the site, so I just kinda assumed it would have ended up under the right folder. Let me check it out locally and fix it.
