Need to change requirements.txt to use django-smart-selects==1.2.9 #263

There is a security vulnerability with versions less than 1.2.9. More information can be found at digi604/django-smart-selects#171

This was fixed in #256 and is no longer needed.

You may want to consider updating to 1.3.1, as 1.2.9 contains a smal bug I accidentally introduced.
