Ignore mocks when infering types. #37

We're experimenting with pyannotate using our tests and one of the first things we hit was every type being a union with Mock.

@gvanrossum I signed the Company CLA if that makes a difference.

It does make a difference -- for the individual CLA I can see the names in a spreadsheet right away, but I don't know where the spreadsheet for the company CLA is kept... And this being the day before Thanksgiving I don't know if anyone's around who can tell me.

@gvanrossum got it. Signed the individual one too...It doesn't seem like the company CLA is tied to a Github Account.
