Error! Program Start - Exception from HRESULT 0x8007007F #211

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting the program.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is program start but instead get an error.

"An error has occured during load. Error text: Unable to load DLL 
'iTunesMobileDevice.dll: The specified procedure could not be found. (Exception 
from HRESULT:0x8007007F). The program will now exit, sorry. Please report this 
online."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

iphonebrowser 1.93
Windows 7 64bit
iphone 4 with ios 4.0.1
itunes 9.0.1.5

I get same problem on fully updated XP machine with freshly downloaded 
iphonebrowser install (install appeared successful). found the apple provided 
itunesmobiledevice.dll and copied it into iphone browser program directory, 
didn't work, tried registering it there, regsvr32 error - cannot file file, 
tried copying it "everywhere" and registering it-= and get same results.

PS: iphone 2G is jailbroke
running itunes version 9
