Doesn't work on Vista64 with iTunes 10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install ITunes 10 on Vista 64 bit.
2. Run IPhoneBrowser.
3. See Warning (Attached)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expecting the gui, instead I see a warning... 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.93, Vista 64. 

Please provide any additional information below.
Likely due to the fact that "iTunesMobileDevice.dll" no longer exists in iTunes 
10

same error under windows 7 x86 itunes 10. and i lost the abilities of drag and 
drop files from pc to iphone via iphone browser...

any suggestion?
