Getting an error message while trying to open up Iphone browser. #243

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to open iPhone Browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An error message containing "0x8007007F"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version "1.93" on Windows vista

Please provide any additional information below.
I've deleted the program and re-installed it multiple times, please help?
