What steps will reproduce the problem?

see error message "iPhoneBrowser has stopped working"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest version, Win7 pro 64-bit (Service pack 1)

Just a side note I forgot this is a clean install of V1.9.3 no previous 
versions were ever on my computer
