Add a field on the POD section to put quantity limitation #13

Based on user feedback, it would be helpful if we add a field in the POD section to allow users to put a limitation on the quantity so that end customers will not be able to buy unlimited quantities of a product

this can be handled through rulesets we will develop a limit on ruleset section.
