C/R pairs #18

Would it be possible to make it so that a C/R pair had 0 or more representations instead of only one representation?

It would be nice to be able to add the text of a C/R paid before adding the representation, and I think this feature could be implemented easily if the add representation 'button' of a big idea page allowed one to add the title of a c/r pair in order to create a c/r pair instead of adding the representation.

Additionally, this feature would be nice because of how I am looking at grouping all of the "X derivative is a function," "X derivative is a local quantity," etc. concepts. See http://bennet.physics.oregonstate.edu:3030/concept/4. Some of these might have zero representations, and others might have more than one.

If we make the C/R pair have 0 or more representations, then it becomes the same thing as a concept used to be. That is possible to do, but also makes more challenging answering the question of "is this a big concept or a sub-concept?"

In the case of "x is a function", if the "X" does not have its own representation, then I would suggest looking elsewhere to combine things. Right now gradient and divergence do have their own representations though, albeit ones that we might want to cut later.
