800XA TX mode can still be selected when in RX Only #714

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Tools->Audio Config and set both devices in the Transmit tab to "None".
  2. Click Start.

Expected Behavior

All transmit modes on the right hand side of the main window should be grayed out, preventing transmit.

Actual Behavior

All transmit modes except for 800XA are grayed out.
