Resolves #753 by updating the post-RX function used during RX pipeline creation.

I have applied this but so far unable to confirm that it works as intended, I will try to do so as soon as I can find some on air signals, maybe this evening.

OK, the Greek guys have popped up again on 40m, they're very weak but most of the time they're fully readable even though I don't speak the language.

The modem indicator is also green when synced, so it's fixed, thanks @tmiw
