Final deployment, launch and SEO after switching domains #101

Dear Nigel,

Julia explained to me that you gave us green light to switch to the new site :-)

I have now changed the Drupal settings.php file to replace the drozas.com domain by the cecan.ac.uk (this will make the site temporarily unavailable through drozas.com until the cecan.ac.uk domain does so). I would need you to do some changes in the configuration of the server to do the switching effective:

Could you please generate the certificates for the cecan.ac.uk (see previous thread) domain as you did with drozas.com?
If the old site would still be available via a dusty.soc.surrey.ac.uk domain, could you please (or let me know) put the old site in maintenance mode (just visiting http://cecan.ac.uk/admin/config/development/maintenance with your credentials). Otherwise, you can ignore this step.
I would also suggest to make a redirection from the http to the https for SEO purposes (I usually do it via .htacess because I have a shared hosting - e.g. https://github.com/drozas/davidrozas/blob/master/.htaccess#L197 - , but I am not sure how do you prefer to do this in dusty)
And finally, point out the cecan.ac.uk domain to the cecanv2 directory (I will reset the domain drozas.com after that)

After these changes, I will ensure the analytics/google search console etc. work properly and do a final round of testing.
