system module

8200 - Fix configuration overrides to not override non existing keys.
8201 - Clear caches due to behavior change in DefaultPluginManager.

block_content module

8003 - Add 'revision_created' and 'revision_user' fields to 'block_content' entities.

comment module

8200 - Add the 'view_mode' setting to displays having 'comment_default' formatter.

path module

8200 - Change the path field to computed for node and taxonomy_term.

views module

8200 - Rebuild the container to add a new container parameter.
Set all boolean filter values to strings.
Fix views with serializer dependencies.

block module

Fix invalid 'negate' values in block visibility conditions.

contact module

Initialize 'message' and 'redirect' field values to 'contact_form' entities.

editor module

Clear the render cache to fix file references added by Editor.

Update successfully applied locally. However, still #40 is happening

rm -r /sites
mv /Volumes/Documents/VirtualSites/cress/cecan/sites/ . Remove .git in cecan tmp
rm -r .git

Remove cecan in cress, and move new folder there
