The current theme will be changed. The idea of hiring a themer to design a custom one was discarded. Instead, David will submit a list of Drupal themes (free or premium) which satisfy the requirements (e.g. responsive, using bootstrap, etc.) to all the team. David will carry out the tweaking, reconfigure the templates, etc. but not mayor changes in the new theme will be done.
