News in the footer menu? #86

During the requirements elicitation it was explained to remove the news from the main menu, and be linked only through a new block. There seems, however, there are a lot of nodes of this type. I included it temporarily in the footer to give it more visibility.

@TODO: Ask editors whether they want to remove them completely from any menu (as discussed in the meeting), or whether they should be accessible in the footer (or even back in the main menu)
