Angular 12 app must install with --legacy-peer-deps due to

@angular/common@"^10.0.5" from ng2-tooltip-directive

Can we get this updated so ng2-tooltip works out of the box without legacy flags?

Let me know if I can simply update the dep, and I'll do a PR.
