Write new About text for VICS82 #31

Targeted not blind search!

Update body of text to be VICS82-compliant
Add VICS82 bios (Geach, Lin, Kneib, Makler)
Add new Zooniverse bios (Snyder, Heath, Ed?)
Prune other bios
Add Tom Collett?

Text is done, VICS82 bios rea incoming by January. Asked Tom for bio. @chrissnyder, can you send us yours, and also nudge this to whoever else you think should be on the list. Ed?

@chrissnyder @edpaget can you add your bios to the About page please? Then you can close this one.

All bios are in! Including Martin's :-)
