Update GMM illustration figure with overlay of final posterior PDF contours #100

Figure~\ref{fig:prior_prop} needs the posterior density contours overlaid as well, for completeness. I'll fix the text so that its clear that these are the posterior PDF, not the likelihood... Thanks!
