Do we still need to "See what the updated result is for $\MMW$"? #93

@marxwillia I found this while updating Section 4.2 (Milky Way mass - git pull to see my changes):

\todo{Marc}{See what the updated result is for $\MMW$. This will determine what goes in this section.}

I commented this out, because I think our MW mass inference is now stable. Is that what you were referring to? Or are you talking about the MW mass from @yymao 's LMC/SMC analysis? At the moment, we simply say that

We find a Milky Way halo mass that is very close to that inferred from the dynamics of the Magellanic Clouds, and the same model assumptions \citep[][and the correction in \Sref{app:bushacheck}]{busha2011mass}.

This statement could be quantified, of course.

OK, I'm going to close this: Marc told us the inferences were stable, and in any case the numbers in the summary are inserted via macros. I don't think the conclusion about the Milky Way halo mass will change at this point.
