[ ] Plot all colors as a function of sigma and reshift to see if there are any trends we could exploit to extrapolate past redshift ~0.7
[ ] Same question for quasar painting, extrapolating color trends with redshift and mag_i

In short, we concluded that the answer was "no" - so will investigate templates instead.
