kappah values too low in calibration lines of sight #17

Possible causes:

mis-reading of catalog file and/or mis-assignment of variables (config.py, io.py, lightcone.py, example.config) -> check Mhalo, Mstar values
mis-use of variables in kappah calculation (lightcone.py) -> check propagation of variables

Are all halos' kappah contributions too low, or just some? Smae question for Mstar, Mhalo etc.

What's the status of this, Tom? If it is squashed, and your tests are passed, let's close this issue.
