[cinema.experience] Trailer Outro file/playlist won't allow choices from library

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Cinema Experience add-on settings
2. Enable Trivia
3. Set Trivia Outro to Single File / Playlist
4. Try to set a file to one from the library

When performing these steps on all the Special Videos section options, the user 
is presented with local drive paths as well as the video library group names 
(movies, tv, etc). Trivia Outro only lets you select a file from local drive 
paths.
