[Big] Update database #12

I've manually edited the .json files but I would love to get access to the DB or set it up on my end so things are a bit easier to maintain all in one place rather than changing it in multiple places.

Make sure to be careful not to overwrite the edits i've made manually!

Add a python script in [backend] folder. After update the hw/lab/lecture/mp/quiz.json, run the python script, schedule.json will then be auto updated.
