I now get a message for fanart updates, but trailer searches displays a dialog 
(which is nice imo) but not a status message.

As some  point it might be nice to be consistent for all global updates status 
- dialog is clearer/more noticeable, but disappears as soon as you press a key.

Status message also displays when updating online availability. So verifying 
this issue for now even though trailer search and add updates are different.
