Allow download for trailers for multiple movies #242

In addition to the already available option to download trailers "per movie" 
manually using Onlinevideos plugin, it should be possible to do a "global" 
trailer download for a group of mkovies or all movies.
As this is a process taking some time, this should use a download queue, that 
should be saved and restarted when Mediaportal is restarted - so download of 
trailers continues even if MyFilms / MP will be stopped.

Are such downloads add to #myfilms.statusmessage ? Or 
#myfilms.details.downloads.count - #myfilms.details.downloads.name Or do we 
need a new skin properties to display the current status of Trailer downloads 
like we do for OnlineVideos (#OnlineVideos.currentDownloads)
