Restructure context menus to 'group' items #251

Due to many new features, the context menu in main screen is very long and 
should be restructured - that is basically grouping items to make it more user 
friendly.
Suggestions for groups:
"Web Details ..."
"Updates ..."

Menu now uses "dynamic sublevels" - that means:
There is submenus "Web Details", "Updates", "Fanartmanager" and "Options".
The content will be dynamically populated, depending on:
1.) The context (main manu, allmenu, view, person, movie, group, online content)
2.) Availability conditions (is an option enabled in config, is requried plugin 
installed, is a trailer present, is movie watched, etc.)

Changed Issue title so it applies to all context menus.
Although Details menu is already nicely grouped, it does NOT follow the ... 
convention for sub menus:
Trakt > Trakt...
Fanart manager > Fanart Manager...
Not sure what the rule is for Cover Manager which opens a new window not a sub 
menu ;)

Also Cover manager context menu should be 'grouped' to be consistent - as 
discussed in conversation:
Filter Covers...
Download Covers... 
Delete Covers...
Create Cover... (future feature)
Note: the first three 'groups' already exist and are accessed via the Main menu 
in cover manager (and should be consistent in context menu)
Select current cover could be removed since you can do that more easily by just 
selecting it in facade.

Man there are a lot of context menus ;)
I updated as many as I could find, probably missed a few but will do a thorough 
check later. For now I have marked the Docs Done :)

Verified correct label now displays for Persons Updates (Update Info for all 
involved persons) and updated Actors/Persons Views Wiki page to correspond.
