Remove support for AMC3

What area does your enhancement or feature relate to? (i.e. Config/Setup,
GUI, options, Skin, AMC Updater, Grabber Interface, etc.)

What is the purpose or benefit of the new feature or enhancement?
AMC4 has been in use for several months now - with support for AMC4 in v 6.0 it 
is likely that most users will switch to it soon. Thus support could be removed 
for AMC3 in My Films. This will allow greater flexibility in implementing new 
features that rely on extended fields in AMC4 
How would you expect it to work? (Accessed via, new settings required, Skin
changes/new properties)
Remove AMC3 catalog type and any 'limitations' specific to it in code - such as 
features/fields that do not display in either MF or AMCU setup.

While the reasons are obvious, I changed the priority to "low" - due to the 
efforts required. A poll should be done before actually removing AMC3 support.
