Remove 'New' Button in MF Setup

What area does your enhancement or feature relate to? (i.e. Config/Setup,
GUI, options, Skin, AMC Updater, Grabber Interface, etc.)
MF setup
What is the purpose or benefit of the new feature or enhancement?
Setup Wizard now allows you to create a new empty catalog, and is much safer 
than using 'New' as it presets most values correctly based on Catalog type, 
country etc.
How would you expect it to work? (Accessed via, new settings required, Skin
changes/new properties)
Nothing to change - just remove the 'New' button from MF Setup GUI ;)

Should we replace the "New" button with "New config wizard"? Or simply delete 
the new button (and all logic behind)? Or rename ot to "Reset" and place it 
somewhere else?

Actually I would 'hide' the 'New' button and keep the logic for now (or move it 
to testmode?) in case there is some use case I overlooked that may need it?
