Layout button display is incorrect when you change layouts and return to MF #322

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set 'Always Use Start Settings' to off
2. In MF GUI change the layout e.g. from List to Icons view
3. Exit and reload MF

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
MF 'keeps' Icons layout, but the menu says it is Layout: List (i.e. the layout 
specified in Start settings). 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
If you switch to another view (e.g. Category) and back to Films, then the 
layout is updated. But if you exit MF and Reload it reverts back to Layout: 
List again even though it still displays Icons layout.
