To make logo rule editor more flexible, regex matching should be added.

This needs an updated MyFilms.logos.xml using the Regex (especially for 
Certification logos) for testing

Committed new MyFilms.logos.xml in r2888  - and regex appears to work fine for 
Certification logos so I am verifying this issue.

Related to Issue #254: Add logo rules to support certification logos - which 
still needs to be tested and verified.

Docs updated: made a few more additions to Logo Editor, and updated Skin 
changes and Skinning Logos pages.
