Remove Obsolete grabbers #366

Before you enter a new enhancement request please be sure there is nothing
similar already in the tracker. Use the search functionality, it works very
very well.

What area does your enhancement or feature relate to? (i.e. Config/Setup,
GUI, options, Skin, AMC Updater, Grabber Interface, etc.)
Config/Setup - mostly
What is the purpose or benefit of the new feature or enhancement?
Some grabbers, like local IMDB grabbers are obsolete as IMDB no longer supports 
localized content. Even if they revive it, it is likely to be different than 
now. Other sites may cease to be relevant, or grabbers not used/updated.  There 
should be a method to remove/move grabbers during grabber update rather than 
via installer.

In addition, if a grabber is removed/moved (e.g. to 
Config\scripts.obsolete\MyFilms) then presets set by the Wizard need to be 
updated if the grabber was used as a preset - e.g. IMDB ES/FR/IT
How would you expect it to work? (Accessed via, new settings required, Skin
changes/new properties)
When version # in updateScriptVersions.xml is set to 0.0, the grabber should be 
deleted from local file system
