Updating media info when subtitle file is downloaded #423

In TV-series, when you download a subtitle with subcentral, the media data of 
the series database is automatically updated with the downloaded subtitles.
Would it be also possible in MyFilms?

Is this different than issue #192?  related? duplicate?
If different, can you elaborate which fields you would like updated and with 
what values?
