Some quality options are missing for Canon 5D3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Actually, with Canon 5D3 camera, you can set RAW and JPEG respectively. You 
can select one RAW quality ( RAW, M-RAW, S-RAW) and select one jpeg quality (L, 
M, S, S1, S2, S3), You can combin then freely. Succ as, RAW+S3-JPEG, 
RAW+S1-JPEG.
2. But in DD, there is only RAW+L-JPEG is availbe.
3. And there is no M-RAW and S-RAW options.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In DD, we can set quality as in camera, the RAW and JPEG are respective.
At last, there should be RAW+S3-JPEG option. It will be very helpful in LRT 
screen. If check "Display after next shoot", the S3-JPEG is very easy to upload 
to phone/pad. The S3-JPEG is 720x480, it is very small. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DD 0.30.30
Canon 5D3
Samsung i939
Andriod 4.04

Sorry for late answer, it's my fail not seeing there are more issues open.
The Canon image format/quality options should be fixed with the latest 0.30.33 
update.
