What stepsVer ll reproduce the problem?
1. Restart tablet (Nexus 10 4.42) with camera connected via USB OTG
2. Camera recognized on startup
3. Once any activity occurs (picture taken with app) the app crashes back to
its home screen and no camera is found, and Search For Camera button does
nothing. Only way camera is discoverable is on tablet restart.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using app ver 0.30.33, android ver 4.42

Please provide any additional information below.

Upon further experimenting, it looks like the usb otg completely stops
recognizing devices after the dslrdashboard camera disconnect. I used the OTG
Troubleshooting app for android, and when the Nexus 10 starts everything is
good. OTG is found, and D3100 is found. Disconnected the camera and attached a
flash drive, and it too is recognized. Then I start DSLRDashboard, reconnect
the camera and it recognizes it. Go to use the app to take a picture, and the
app instantly goes back to the home screen and no camera is connected. Quit,
and open up OTG Troubleshooter. OTG is recognized, but the camera is not.
Disconnected the camera and connect the flash drive, and it too isn't
recognized.

So something happens to the OTG USB controller when the camera uses it. Not
sure if the problem is the app, camera, or tablet.
