If there is no card in cmaera, DD crash if capture picture in LRT help screen and check "display after capture"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure there is no card in camera.
2. Enter LRT help screen, check "Diaplay after capture".
3. Capture a photo on camera.
4. DD crash.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
DD should not crash. Maybe DD can warning me that there is no card in the 
camera.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DD 0.30.30
Canon 550D
Samsung i939 android 4.04

Please provide any additional information below.

Will see to add a warning, but it is a bit strange if someone would start a 
time-lapse without a sdcard in the camera.
