convert to swift 3 #13

To be honest my first goal here is to make my project compile with swift 3. I understand your statement and would not take it personally if you close this PR without merging it :) I dont exclude coming back later to look into the java generator code, but dont know when.

I have a more complete change, but the currently checked-in Java generator doesn't compile. Once that's fixed, I'll check in my change in preference to this one, and regenerate the Cocoapod.
