Name: Banners What do they do: Create a Warp point for faction members in the warzone/ Gives Boosts around it Command: /f setbanner or placing the banner and /f banner to tp to it or see current boosts. How would it need to work with worldguard? What kind of boosts? Can it only be placed in the warzone? Who can set the banner?

How would it need to work with worldguard? I mean make it placeable or not in regions that dont allow players to build in What kind of boosts? Strength, speed, jump, any kind of potion effect! Can it only be placed in the warzone? Yeah it could be also placed in wilderness/claims Who can set the banner? The leader/officers i guess
