Suggestion | Adding a cooldown to banning players.

I think that this would be a good feature due to people would be able to go and spam a youtuber or player on a server with bans and unban messages which is just really annoying and just something that is really annoying to be spammed but especially from something you can't ignore.

Another option you could do is adding a config option which could be tell-banned-player: true/false which could toggle telling a player if they were banned/unbanned from a faction

If you want to add a command cooldown, use a cooldown plugin :)

Can you clarify the second point?

The second point is adding a config option that you can enable or disable in which that players will not be notified when they are banned/unbanned from a faction when it happens, but they will know if they try to join a banned faction. If that makes sense, if you need any more clarification let me know
