Currently, the only way to have fluid dampening is to also enable "BypassAllFluidProtection".
I'd like for fluid dampening to usable in more cases such as when a specific block has "BypassFluidProtection" enabled.
I've discovered that unfortunately, I am not able to enable fluid dampening for obsidian so that it can be broken underwater while still protecting other blocks unless I set fluid dampening values for all blocks.
