Potato nutrition labels? #159

Serious question guys: Do we need to include the nutrition labels for any and all potatoes we add here? I have potato as a dependency in my production code, and need to make sure I won't get into any legal trouble. Just to reiterate: this is serious stuff.

I don't think the FDA has caught on to us yet.
