I added some stuff #170

I made it so you can run the jar with the argument --count=<number> and it will create that number of potatoes. vegan=<boolean> right now I have not made it so you can add any custom toppings to each potato and change the isVegan of each potato but I also made a simple API for potato so you can hook into it and create your own Potato extensions

do not worry about how bad the code is 🤣

Edit: I have added --tests <count> I probably could try to make Potato more performant but I dont feel like it right now

I think the code really only matters but anyway i committed the idea files to make it so people dont have to do the first time setup but i remove them if you want. and the docs/ is for the api page but that's just for me tbh xd no idea if that page say's you need to make everything lightweight im pretty sure they just talk about the code

Edit: @MiniDigger i removed the .idea folders from the pull request Edit 2: I also removed the javadocs its in a different branch rn
