Typo fixes and small grammar suggestions for README files. #33

While reading through the new README files, I found a few small typos, and also thought there could be a few ways to better phrase the wording so it's more readable.

@geerlingguy Oh fantastic! I know Windows 10 is always the most finicky, so any/all testing you can provide would be very, very much appreciated.
