Feature request: Managing supervisor configs using the operator. #251

At a high level, this would involve the following

Figuring out an auth mechanism for authenticating druid APIs
Deciding where to add the supervisor config definitions in druid CRD
Implementing the supervisor config management in the operator using supervisor APIs https://druid.apache.org/docs/latest/operations/api-reference.html#supervisors

@harinirajendran do you mind adding a high level pseduo struct for supervisor with the fields you plan to add. would be nice to understand on how to scope it.
