Add LICENSE to MANIFEST.in #77

Hey-lo,

I'm updating the conda build of pydruid for conda-forge. When possible, we try to include a link to the license file in the meta.yaml specification for the build; doing so requires the license be bundled in the source distribution. Adding it to the manifest should make that happen.
