RC41 Not working on Mini #34

RC41 on Mini not moving axis. Tested on Gladiola_MiniLCD->Finch_Aerostruder. RC40 doesn't have config files to check difference, but RC40 and RC39 are working fine.

So I compared the config files between r39 which works, and r41 which does not and I see no difference in the configs for "Gladiola_Mini/Finch_Aerostruder". So it appears as if the breaking change might have come from upstream. This will make it much harder to track down. For the moment, I recommend sticking to r39 or r40.
