Links do not have visible hover/focus #18

I implemented a cute way of animating the nav links. We should extend similar styling effects to other links throughout the page. I'd propose we create a shared component type to avoid having to maintain 6 different components using a similar but not identical effect.

Maybe just "Link", preferably something that lets you dictate the tag being used? Idk.

Example: WoW Made Easy is a link. Even knowing it is there, it can be hard to realize. image
