SEO: Create Community Section that more exhaustively describes the community #54

Parent Issue:

As part of our ongoing SEO Milestone, we want to add a community section that better explains the community.

This would explain the core values and founding philosophies/reasoning as to why this community was created, and why it still exists today. Consider discussing with the mods for any specific information they may want as part of this section.

While I built a basic version of this, maybe a specific page and a frontpage summary would be nice.
