Update the website with the glorious new logo! #86

This PR makes changes mostly to the images used on the site. These have been updated to make use of the fantastic new logo created by Smølf.

The PR contains changes to the following assets:

The PR also contains a small 改善 kaizen change to the readme, improving the Getting Started section by explaining how to deal with the .env file. This was a slight snag I ran into as a new developer to this project, and my philosophy is that nobody is better equipped to solve onboarding problems than people who are being onboarded, so I figured I'd include that fix right away.
